Since becoming a real estate agent I’ve had the privilege of working on real estate transactions on Oahu, Maui and the Big Island…everything from leasehold condos to multi-million dollar oceanfront properties. Simple, straight forward transactions to complex ones dealing with multiple properties, financing challenges and stringent escrows. I pride myself on being a problem solver and providing our clients with sound recommendations based on their specific situations and needs. And last, but not least I’m just your regular, down to earth family man – who just so happens to have a passion for real estate.

I’m relatively new to real estate sales, but consider myself to be a quick study and efficient worker. Being born and raised in Mililani, I have an intimate knowledge of the community and its surrounding areas and use that knowledge to look after our client’s best interest. I worked for a number of years in sales at one of Hawaii’s largest flooring distributors. There I learned a lot about flooring, materials, installations and made a pretty good living. But, I felt something was missing…and what I realized was I wanted to work directly with customers…not just large scale contractors and retail stores. I wanted the opportunity to work directly with people to help them achieve their goals. Nothing is more satisfying than helping our clients reach goals they thought weren’t possible. Whether it’s helping a client purchase their first home, upgrade, downsize, or just refinance to lower their monthly payments I’m happy to help.
